Delivery Time: We pack and ship out your items within 1 business day from the order placement date. If you place an order during a weekend or a public holiday, we pack and dispatch your order the following business day. We use Australia Post and Fastway couriers to deliver orders. Please understand that their mistakes or inefficiencies may also cause some infrequent delays. In case of a delay, we will keep you informed.

Item can be returned for an exchange/refund if unopenend, in original packaging and is not tampered with in any way within 1 week of order receipt.
