About Store

Zaffran is a small family owned business based in Gold Coast, Australia. Zaffran has been operating since August 2008 and are the importers of authentic and pure high grade kashmiri saffron from the very fertile soils of Kashmir, India for everyone to enjoy the great flavour this amazing spice could add!

Fun Fact: Saffron is expensive than gold for the same weight!

Accepted payment methods


Payment

Payment is accepted online through credit cards Only. I would be very happy to reserve the items for my customers if they can tell me, a date by when, they would be purchasing the item.


Shipping

Shipping available all over Australia.

Free standard shipping for order over $70 (sub-total excluding shipping costs). Orders are dispatched the following day of placement.

Low Shipping Rate - $7 AUD Australia Wide.

Express shipping for $12 AUD. Orders are received within 2 business days.

Delivery Time: We pack and ship out your items within 2 business days for regular shipping and within 1 business day for express shipping from the order placement date. If you place an order during a weekend or a public holiday, we pack and dispatch your order the following business day. We use Australia Post and Fastway couriers to deliver orders. Please understand that their mistakes or inefficiencies may also cause some infrequent delays. In case of a delay, we will keep you informed.

All orders are shipped with Tracking or Registered Post.


Refunds and Exchanges

Item can be returned for an exchange/refund if unopenend, in original packaging and is not tampered with in any way within 1 week of order receipt. Item return costs are to be met by the customer.

If any of our delivered items is faulty or doesn't match description or doesn't perform as expected or we sent you the wrong item- we will refund your money in full, including postage. If you have received a wrong item, or the product has been damaged in transit, we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery. In some cases we will require proof of damage / incorrect item sent, via photos emailed to us. Please note that we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery for the warranty to apply.

Change of mind returns accepted if returned in unopened and unused condition within 7 days from the date of recipt of products.
