Shipping Policy:

Domestic and International Shipping available.

Free standard domestic and international shipping for order over $80 (sub-total excluding shipping costs). Orders are dispatched the following day of placement.

Domestic Shipping (Australia Wide) - Low Shipping Rate of $10 Australia Wide. Orders are received within 4-5 days.

Express shipping - $13 AUD. Orders are received in 1-2 business days.

International Shipping - $15 AUD. Orders are received in 5-7 business days. 

Delivery Time: We pack and ship out your items within 1 business day from the order placement date.  

All the orders are shipped with Tracking or Registered Post.

Returns & Exchange:

Books can be returned for an exchange/refund if in original condition and is not tampered with in any way within 1 week of order receipt.

Item return costs are to be met by the Buyer.

If you have received a wrong item, or the product has been damaged in transit, we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damage / incorrect item sent, emailed to us via Foodorb. Please note that we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery for the warranty to apply.

Change of mind or not needed:  We will refund 100% of your money if you change your mind or do not need the product. Items will need to be returned within 5 days of you receiving them - Unused and in Original Undamaged Packaging. You will be responsible for the return postage charge.
